Clinical supervision for psychotherapists — available as monthly contracts or on an ad hoc basis.
Supervision offers you a space to step back and think carefully about your clinical work, professional responsibility, and the impact of the work on you as a practitioner. I understand supervision as a collaborative and reflective space, where curiosity, ethical awareness, learning and support are held together.
My intention is to offer a space where your practice can be explored thoughtfully and safely, with attention to both the client work and your ongoing professional development. Supervision is responsive to your practice, your questions and curiosities, and the particular responsibilities that you are holding in your work.
Alongside individual supervision, I also offer group supervision (typically with three practitioners per group). Group supervision can provide a supportive and relational way of working, and is often a more accessible option. Groups are formed through enquiry and discussion to ensure a good fit

I offer clinical supervision to practitioners from varied backgrounds in counselling, psychotherapy, and the helping professions who work with adults.
I am a Provisional Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst in Psychotherapy (PTSTA-P) and can act as principal or secondary supervisor in line with training requirements.
Supervision is offered online and can take place on a monthly contract or on an ad hoc basis, depending on need and availability. Sessions are usually for 60 or 90 minutes, depending on personal or institutional needs
Supervision fees are £70 per 60-minute session, and £105 for a 90-minute session. Sessions are usually for 60 or 90 minutes, depending on personal needs or institutional requirements.
Payment arrangements and cancellation terms are discussed and agreed at the start of supervision.
If you're interested in supervision, please feel free to get in touch by phone or via my contact form. I usually respond to enquiries within the same day.
We can then arrange an initial 30-minute session to explore your needs and whether we’d be a good fit for a supervisory relationship.
There’s no obligation to commit — this introductory session is a space for mutual exploration and to ask any questions you may have.
